HOW TO STOP THINKING TOO MUCH


For most of my life I've been an over-thinker. And in the last couple of years I've been obsessed with changing that. Mostly because I create faster, greater and more joyfully when I'm not thinking.  

Thinking doesn't create, it dissipates the energy of possibilities that is actually available. It makes you tired because you are always trying to 'work things out'. It limits the choices available to you because you have to define them rather than invite them.

Thinking is always based on the past. Awareness is how you tap into the future. Thinking stops you from having the magic of discovery because you can only think about what you already know. It doesn't prove you are brilliant either. Brilliance comes from play and awareness, not thinking more.

Are you losing sleep through thinking too much? Is your mind so out of control with worry that you are creating way more trauma and drama than actually exists? Is thinking too much making you tired and cranky?

I hear you! Here are a couple of tips from Access Consciousness® that can begin to change your life... they work really well if you use them!

None of these voices are as real as you make them.
